This is a resubmission of [Council Motion 83](https://centrifuge.subsquare.io/council/motions/83) (->Referendum 49). The preimage was not registered initially prior to the submission so the upgrade failed, even though the referendum passed.

This proposal, if passed, will:

- upgrade Centrifuge Chain to Runtime Version 1027
- transfer 3,274,469.850463039024292328 CFG from the Tinlake rewards account to the Centrifuge treasury (passed with [CP81](https://github.com/centrifuge/cps/blob/main/cps/CP81.md))

SubSquare is a website where people can propose changes to Centrifuge Chain. 

This proposal is called Council Motion 83 and it failed before because something was missing, but now it is being resubmitted as Referendum 49.

If this proposal passes, Centrifuge Chain will be upgraded to a new version called Runtime Version 1027.

Also, some money will be moved from one account to another account.
